This invitation

is because

ours is a very tangible profession: working with Nature and transforming its fruits, so that they encapsulate the features of this terroir and retain intact the qualities that mark out each vintage as different; social networks are essential for communicating this information to you, but they still always come after;

is because

we personally know around 80% of our current customer base; indeed, with many of them, we have a relationship stretching back 40 years – partnerships fostered over a bottle of wine and some excellent cheese, bread and salami, all served up on the family’s dining table, which dates from the early 20^th century;

is because

this is who we are, when all is said and done, and we do not want social networks to replace direct relationships – with wine, with people, with life itself; we want Facebook and the like to remind us that personal contact is what really matters.

This, then, is an invitation from our table to yours. We wanted to let you know that you will always be welcome to eat with us.
